8 Week Beginner Friendly Home Workouts
25$ÂThis 8 week course is designed to get you in touch with fitness. This is a beginner friendly program for home. You will need dumbbells, a kettlebell and bands.Valid for 2 months- 3 workouts a week for 8 weeks. Beginner friendly!
